When?
Camp Bonfire has two sessions this year!
Session 1: June 15-17, 2018
Session 2: September 7-9, 2018
Check-In is the Friday between 1pm and 3pm. We finish on Sunday at 3pm.
Where?
The camp is in the Pocono mountains, about 2.5 hours from New York and Philadelphia. We will be running buses from those cities- so if you can get there, we can get you here. Because parking is limited, and to encourage carpooling, there's a charge for a parking pass, per car.

What's included?
2018 registration fees will be announced this winter. Six meals meals starting with dinner on Friday and ending with lunch on Sunday, snacks, some drinks in the evening, all activities and housing are included in your registration. Bus tickets, parking passes, and linen rental are separate.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy:
Cancellations more than 90 days before camp receive a 75% refund less a $35 cancellation free.
Cancellations between 60 and 90 days receive a 50% refund less a $35 cancellation fee.
Cancellations less than 60 days before camp are not eligible for a refund.
Any refund of the Benefactor and Super Benefactor registration levels will be based on the Standard Registration price, with the remaining amount having gone towards supporting others. ($475)
There is a $35 transfer fee between campers or between sessions.
We cannot accept transfer requests between campers less than 20 days before camp.
We cannot accept transfer requests between sessions less than 30 days before camp.
Transfers from one calendar year to the next are not permitted.
