At Camp Bonfire, your group will feel a sense of joyful freedom not easily available in our daily routines. At Camp Bonfire we believe that adults need opportunities to have fun, be playful, meet new people and enjoy nature. Your group will leave camp feeling energized, connected to each other and your mission.
A Boutique Approach
We only work with 2-3 clients each year so that we can provide each client with a summer camp experience that is completely customized.
By staying small, we’re able to only take on clients that we believe are a good fit for us and us a good fit for them.

From deep conversations, to new adventures, get energized and motivated- build the team that suits your organization. Being at camp is an unforgettable experience that can shape your staff as you grow or renew.
Bond
This is a great chance for your co-workers to get to know each other in a unique context. Leisurely meals and canoe rides lead to great conversations. A talent show could reveals some hidden talents. There will be reminiscing back at the office.
RELAX
Give your team the gift being outside, a chance to slow down and balance their thinking and learning with a nap in a hammock.
We have relationships with over a dozen amazing summer camps, which allows complete customization of your retreat. The food menu, schedule and activities are tailored to your company’s needs.
We handle all vendor contracts, travel arrangements and insurance. You only have to work with one contact and one contract, us.
Accommodations range from open-air platform tents to spacious lodge-style cabins with attached bathrooms. Each camper gets a single bed. Some cabins have bunk beds. All of the camps we work with have hot and cold water and flush toilets. We provide linens.
We can arrange travel from your place of work or a local hub right to camp on luxury buses, or your group can drive themselves to camp (or a combination!) We handle the logistics from pickup to drop-off.

Camp Bonfire has a roster of skilled and experienced facilitators, teaching artists, entertainers, trainers and artists that we can bring to your retreat to provide additional programming. Let us work with you to create the perfect camp schedule.

Summer Camp experiences are great for corporate retreats of all kinds, but also for reunions, conferences, and non-profits.
It’s excellent. Really. We only work with camps that can provide delicious and healthy food.
It’s up to you, and it depends on the camp. We can arrange for cabins from rustic to modern. They’re all summer camps though so people will be sharing cabins and maybe climbing into a top bunk.
Eight to sixteen months allows us to give you a larger variety of options and keep costs low.
Most summer camps we rent are available from late spring until mid-June and from Mid-August to the end of October. If you want to earn the admiration of your employees and save money, hold your retreat during the workweek.
